Data mining and car accidents in Oklahoma

After an accident in a Tesla vehicle, the driver claimed that the car suddenly accelerated before crashing into a building. However, as the car was connected to the Internet, the company was able to determine what actually happened prior to the crash. It turned out that the driver had applied pressure to the accelerator and the car reacted as it should had based on the driver's actions.

Sharing the road safely with teens in Oklahoma

In 2013, there were 371,645 people injured and 2,927 people killed in accidents involving teen drivers. The highest number of injuries and deaths occur during the 100 days between Memorial Day and Labor Day, which have been dubbed the 100 Deadliest Days. A report from the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety found that two-thirds of those injuries and deaths were people other than the teen driver who caused the crash.
